When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts to collect personal information on this site unless you explicitly opt in to a service that requires them (for example, a payment processor on our Donate page).

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your question, request, or concern. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processing

Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service that transmits your submission securely to our email inbox. Donations made through our Donate page are processed by Zeffy, a third-party donation platform, subject to their own privacy policy.

Your choices

You may request that we delete any information you’ve submitted to us by emailing contact@embertailsanimalrescue.org. We will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
